The Board of Directors meetings are normally held every other month on the 2nd Tuesday beginning at 6:45 p.m. and are held at Keystone Pacific Property Management’s Rancho Santa Margarita office, 30021 Tomas Road # 160, Rancho Santa Margarita, CA 92688. The agenda will be posted at a prominent place or places within the Common Area.
